1. Definitions

  • “CT Style Vault,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the business entity operating the CT Style Vault website and physical consignment boutique.

  • “You,” “your,” or “user” refers to any person who accesses our website, purchases from us, or consigns items with us.

  • “Website” refers to ctstylevault.com or any other web domain operated by CT Style Vault.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for any reason.

3. Consignment Terms

If you consign items with CT Style Vault, you agree to our Consignment Agreement, which outlines:

  • Item acceptance criteria

  • Pricing policies

  • Commission structure

  • Payment methods

  • Risk of loss

  • Return and donation procedures

The Consignment Agreement is incorporated by reference into these Terms and must be agreed to separately before consigning items.

4. Sales – In Store

All items are sold as-is. Many of our products are pre-owned and may have minor signs of wear. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item, but we make no guarantees regarding condition, color accuracy, sizing, or fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the condition of each item before purchase. Items may vary slightly in color or condition from how they appear in photos or descriptions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Item descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

  • Inventory availability is not guaranteed.

  • Items are sold in person and can be inspected before purchasing

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors.

5. Payments

We accept payments through approved methods including credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. 

 

CT Style Vault uses third-party payment processors, and we are not responsible for any payment processing errors or delays caused by these services.

6. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Due to the nature of consignment and the unique condition of each item, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of our site (e.g., tracking purchases, managing consignments). You are responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CT Style Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Loss, damage, or theft of consigned items

  • Delays in payment or delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (for buyers) or the amount paid to you (for consignors).

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

12. Changes to These Terms
